Your point being? Little girls grow up and have sex one day, whether that's at 15 or 19 or 24, what difference does that really make if it's voluntary? Are you really saying that a person is 100% completely retardedly unable to decide to have sex before they are legally 18? Like a switch that flips the second they turn 18 they are suddenly enlightened "WOW! I can now make an educated decision into having sex. I think I shall now do that."
I know parents always like to think their little girl or boy never grows up and will never engage in stuff like this, but children are curious creatures, especially in their teenage years. You can't stop it if they really want it and the best you can try is to educate them about it so they ARE able to make an educated decision before 18.
