Two to three beers a week, more when I'm at a party. Wouldn't surprise me if I've smoked more weed than all of you put together (with a few exceptions.)
I guess I'm lucky that I live in Canada; growers really know what they're doing. As a friend of mine put it: "We don't grow lots and lots of bud, we grow lots and lots of THC."
I recommend everyone tries weed at least once, and if it didn't do anything, try it again but try to make it good. Weed can be fun.

I remember talking to a young Simon on XBox Live, and encouraging him to smoke pot while he's young enough to enjoy it.
