There is a few problems with your character.
1. What exactly is he the manager of? To clarify, what does he actually manage around the mine?(if he even works at the mine)
2. I don't see how a glukkon could have robotic arms. How do they operate them?
3. Your character has spent billions of moolah and he is only a level 2 manager. He would have to be glockstar to even afford those things.
4. I find it hard to believe that these things would even cost billions or that your character had the moolah to buy them.
