Munch's Oddysee is a good game, but comparable to the originality and the storyline of the old Oddworld games... it isn't.
Instead of judging it compared to these I try to look at it on its own as an individual game, and I think it was pretty good. I got it for a couple of quid on ebay for the xbox (but it plays fine on my 360).
