i personally don't create that type of topics unless i have something interesting to show. I still haven't showed my Rupture Farms environment on any other forum, because it isn't looking good enought to show it on UDK forum, or on Polycount. I also have 6 unfinished levels for Unreal Tournament 3 and i relased only one beta. Rest was seen only by me and 2-3 other persons
