I got a bad cold, or a fever or something (I was hot and cold, dizzy, and all my muscles hurt for some reason. I could barely sleep). I'm still a little sick but not as much. I only cough often, I should be fine by tomorrow.

Sounds like influenza to me... Fortunately it's only half as deadly as Gorman Disenza, so there's a good chance you'll live!
