In any case, if you check out the various other translations, you'll see a wide range of different views, some of which
don't even mention homosexuality at all. I'm prepared to concede that that one example is perhaps a little dodgy, but the
majority seem to be
referring to people who
perform homosexual acts, rather than people who are simply same-sex attracted.
Frankly, you can't treat the Gospels as gospel unless you can have access to a copy of the original text. Even if you believe they're divinely inspired (as is your right), you simply can't claim that the translators were themselves divine too; they always worked in a particular context with person politics and prejudices.
