Spider watched the kids playing out in the field, remembering the souls of the children that the evil god stole. He smiled in rememberence at how those same souls was the evil gods undoing. Then he remembered Cyrus' sacurifice, and sighed. He surprised him and remembered what Dragadon told him not long after:
"Even with the blackest of hearts, if you search long and deep enough, you will find a little good within."
How true Spider thought as he continued to watch the kids.

The attack was so swift that Spider couldn't react in time; Suddenly...something he couldn't see grabbed one of the kids and lifted her off the ground, rapidly rising faster into the air, the child screaming for help.
Spider tried to grab the child, but the child was already to high for him to reach. He couldn't risk reverting to his dragon side to blast it. Once at the trees, Spider quickly got out of his pants and scaled up the tree and continued the pursuit, using the kids screams as a guide.
Then the screams stopped and Spider's heart sank, fearing the worse. He continued in the direction he last heard the child. But all he found was a pile of bloody bones and blood.
"No..." Spider whined. Then he struck the branch he was on and cut loose and angry howl....
