Does anyone thought about create a reproduction of first two parts of Oddworld (Odyssee & Exoddus)?

Not to be rude, but I think
everyone here has thought about that at some point. However, you are thinking the sensible idea. A complete reconstruction in Flash or similar, though difficult, would be a lot easier than reverse-engineering the A.L.I.V.E. engine.
