The question mark ( ? ) is a form of punctuation used to denote a question. The sentence preceding a question mark should always contain one of the following words: Are, How, Shall, What, When, Where, Which, Who, Will, Why, Won't.
However, a sentence containing one of these words is not necessarily a question:
Question: Are you going to Spain today?
...ect.

I agree with Grieva on this. You didn't have to use so many words to point out Crashpunk's grammatical errors.
