I think any girl as long as she's 18+, should be able to decide over her own body, regardless of her boob size. Seriously, this is getting ridiculous. And I doubt pedophiles will look at grown women with small boobs and be like "OMG she's like just like a child!! *fap fap*". Grown women with small boobs, do not in any way look like children, with the exception of a few.
