Please redeem the image of 12-year-olds a bit and say you actually do know who that guy is. By that, I mean the "shrugging top hat man", as you put it.
In other news, a hypothesis: young teenagers dislike old teenagers and 'over-20' people, and vice versa. It's really that simple, I think. I also have a feeling that this thread will spawn a "Young vs. Older" thread in OT.
