So the government wants to give fines to companies who sell/buy perfectly legal pictures, including a picture ID proving the model is older than 18, just because some pedo might come along and THINK they are underage? Since when can you punish person a for the thoughts of person b? That doesn't make any fucking sense. I can't believe that's even legal?
