Clichéd is when an idea had been used so many times its become a stereotype, and its not nessecarily bad.
The plot and script wasn't done particularly well, but a lot of other stuff was, like the SFX

The script was probably the most clichéd element of the film. I dunno what you're on about. If by SFX you're referring to the recycled T-rex sounds and the like, I wouldn't really call that a cliché.
