I'd like to learn Italian and one more language before taking on Japanese.

How redundant. Everyone knows Spanish and Italian are the same language.
As for me I speak French, though not fluently. Enough to sound like I know what I'm talking about when someone asks me to say something in French, and in the end that's all that really matters.
