Those who are promoting sexual abstinence do not use that justification, no.
Anal sex is just as bad as pre-marital sex in their eyes, if not worse. I don't know their stance on oral, I think that varies depending on the faction of Christianity. In some states in the US, anal sex is even
illegal.
