I used to have a few Power Rangers figures. I had a red ranger who had two heads, one masked one un-masked. One head was hidden in the figure and would swap when you pressed a button on his belt.
The other figures were of the original group (Although I was missing one) and could transform into their robot form by a bit of folding and clipping them all together.
