I've totally had the Doom boardgame for years. never played it, just looked at the totally awesome little models

It's extremely complicated. It took like two hours to set it up and figure it out, and by then all of our energy had been expended and we half-assedly drudged through half a map before putting it away. It seems like alot of fun, but only if you already know what you're doing. I guess it will come with time and experience.
And yes, I'm totally going to paint the models.
