I got lucky. I was over eighteen, we met on my terms and we'd been talking online and on the phone for well over a year. So more like she was lucky really.
Seriously, I've done an awful lot of meeting online friends offline including meeting an underage friend on her own and although nothing bad came of that it's still something I cannot forgive myself for letting happen.
Also, rules are there to make you think before you break them, if you can't think of good enough reasons to break them then you most certainly shouldn't.
I'm not being hypocritical, I'm being wise and experienced in these matters.
