The Antec Three Hundred has an unusual layout, with the motherboard being mounted on top of the power supply, which sits at the bottom. I never thought this was a great idea because this will necessitate a lot of power cables to be run over the expansion slots, and most standard PSUs will run short on cabling due to this.

According to the technical drawing on the Fatal1ty supply, most leads lengths are 36"; CPU accessory power lines 24". Two feet is plenty of line. No problems with this case/PSU combination. Technical drawings are here.

i7 and i5 CPU both use 8 pin ATX aux power connector, so you're good.
