This is damn funny! It's supposedly some anti-WipEout Fusion propaganda, but as it has the Fusion and PS2 logos at the bottom, I think it's a very clever advert.
It's saying 'stop this track being built!' because it would spoil the look of London, but I think it's a huge improvement!
