That scene in the theatre where her face is being projected unto the smoke is one of the most striking bits of film making that I have ever seen.

That was one of the few plot points I enjoyed. Not as much as you, I think, but I enjoyed it just the same.
Anyway, I just dislike Tarantino in general. I think he's one of the biggest fucking rip-offs of all time, and the fact that when someone called him on the fact that there is another movie of THE SAME FUCKING NAME and a very similar, albeit less graphic plot, he denied ANY fucking connection. Because, you know, he hasn't been ripping off Japanese movies for years now, so the idea of him doing it in this day and age is completely insane.
ALSO, BJ NOVAK NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE MOVIE. HE'S A HORRIBLE COMEDIAN THAT CAN'T FUCKING ACT. HE SUCKS ON THE OFFICE, AND HE SUCKED IN THIS MOVIE. DROOPY EYED SON OF A BITCH MADE THE SAME UGLY FUCKING FACE CONTINUOUSLY THROUGHOUT THE FILM.
