I feel sickened. The thing that I feel the most is an overwhelming sense of guilt: When I first heard that "There've been some terrorist attacks on the WTC and the Pentagon", my first thought was [and looking back I feel ashamed] 'good on em', thinking it was a small-scale anti-capitalist attack.
Then I learned of the sickening scale of these attacks, and that they were probably by Iraq, and that they might lead to a war, and I felt gutted. I can't help reminding myself that WW1 was started by a terrorist attack smaller than this...
Also, if you think about it, Bush seems to have been waiting for an excuse to start a war, and when he finds out who did this, no-one's going to try and stop him from exacting revenge...
To depress people even more, I thought I'd mention that tragedies like this happen all too often, but that it's only when it happens to America that it makes world news...
