How exactly did you end up deleting chapter 8? Maybe you can recover it?
Well, sometimes a story can be very fun to write, other times exhausting, but the rewards are so great, it's worth it. When it's fun, you end up writing it so fast, which isn't a bad thing.
Actually I just noticed how well you portrayed Rook as a more cranky slig, when he had the anger surge. I think this has potential to be one of your better fan-fics with this alter-ego thing, and you'll have to forgive me if I'm not using the word alter-ego right, as I've only seen it once.
