Slig Barracks is a generic name. I wouldn't be surprised if there were hundreds of establishments sharing that name (or how could there be Sligs in MO?!).

It wouldn't surprise me if there were indeed more Slig Barracks, but Sligs do not come from Slig Barracks. It's where they're sent to/pay to go to receive training, which they are not automatically provided with before they start work.
