I've never thought that Bush was a good president. He's been waiting for an excuse to press the big red button ever since he came into power, so he can prove himself to daddy. When he addresses the world, he takes long, melodramatic pauses meant to infer deep thought, clumsily slipping in the occasional clichéd phrase or bible verse.
Most of my disapproval stems from other arenas of his administration, such as his preference for capitalism over the environment. But I'm sure he could be more tactful in regards to the "crusade against terror".
