Just wanted to say I agree with Carnix about MS paint... I use it for pixel art, and it's just perfect for that. It has just the perfect key-combinations for me to easily edit something, also I love the eraser-tool when used with right-click
You can basically recolor any specific color to anything you'd like.
I don't really know any program, that's easier and better to use for pixel editing than MS Paint.
