SligStorm - an Oddworld Fangame

First off, don't be hopeful about this game. I couldn't program if Odd depended on it. However, I can do pixel-art, so I should be able to tackle sprites for it, and, well, I'm sure if the coding's good enough we'll get some background contributors. I'm going to need all the help I can get with this game, so I'm posting this thread here for you all to give me your opinions, advice and (hopefully) code.

Basically, there's this albino slig, as I'm sure 99% of you will know. He has to escape so he doesn't get infanticided. I've expanded upon this story, and the list of environments so far is:
  • Slig Hatchery
  • Uzmire
  • Umborwood
  • Mudokon Village
  • FeeCo Depot
  • Desert
  • Warehouse
  • Underbrick
  • Magog Munitions
  • Slig Barracks

I can't be bothered typing it here, feel free to ask me any questions about any of these environments.

So, the Slig escapes the Hatchery (or perhaps Slig Barracks) and finds himself in the Uzmire. He crosses this, travels through some of the Umborwood and a couple Mudokon Villages. He comes to a main Mudokon Village and there's this chief guy there. He takes advantage of the Slig wanting to "gain himself a soul", and tells him he'll get a soul if he destroys this big warehouse, where anything and everything is stored. So you go burn that down, then the chief tells you that you're almost ready to be granted a soul. Ya just have to blow up the Ammuntion factory, Magog Munitions. So you do that, go back and he tells you have to blow up Slig Barracks. Yep.

In the game, you will have three modes of transport: Pants, Wings and SligBike. Pants and Wings are gained from, respectively, Getcha Pants and Getcha Wings dispensers. The SligBike - I haven't decided yet. Upon being hurt whilst walking in Pants or flying with Wings, you will lose this device and be left as a Crawling Slig. You can still climb and jump, but you can't run or shoot.
The SligBike is a black motorbike. Press left or right to move at a speed of about 1.5 times that your normal walk speed, or hold shift and left or right to go about 2 times as fast as your normal run speed! Your front wheel will raise off the ground when you do this, and get higher and higher. Don't do this for too long or you'll flip over and crash.
You can collect bullets, to be shot whilst wearing Pants, in lots of 5 from an Ammo Dispenser, found in most environments and extensively in Magog Munitions. Hit a BOOM grenade dispenser to get grenades, of which you can hold 1 as a Walking Slig or as many as you like as a Flying one. You'll lose all ammo when you lose your pants or wings.

The game will have a quarma system, which is basically:
"Kill good critters and lose lots of quarma"
"Kill bad critters and get a bit of quarma".
To undertake each mission, you must have a certain amount of quarma - 0 for the Warehouse, 100 for Magog Munitions and 500 for Slig Barracks.

~sigh, I can't be bothered writing it - just ask me about any aspect.
