Krylon: fusion for plastic is what I use. It's technically just a spray paint made specifically, for, you guessed it, plastic [and other similar materials] but it works really well for priming. Just remember to do multiple light coats. And wait around fifteen minutes in between applications. I didn't at first, and some of my earlier stuff is crap.
