First off I'm neutral,but XBOX is the machine to beat from my hands on experience. PS2 will always have those must haves,we all know that,ICO,Herdy gerdy and so on,but don't count out Gamecube. Gamecube will never match XBOX in the long run,it's a fact,I have come to this conclusion with lots of hands on and in depth research of all that's coming.But it will have high end quality titles that's for sure.
Dragadon dont run away,you have every right to you're opinion.They did partially ruin Zelda. It will be a very good game,but just not earth-shattering like it could have been if it retained it's 2000 Spaceworld look. It will have gameplay and ambiance in it's new form,which by the way is cell-shaded,they now call Zelda "CELLDA".They should have used the cell-shade look for another title,not a flagship one like Zelda.
However Gamecube will have Mario,Metroid,Thornado,Mario carts,too human and a couple others in later 2002,so it's still a machine for that extra top notch 5-6 games a year.
But XBOX is just blazing now and even more so in 2002 with titles such as Panzer DragoonX, Malice,Silent hillX,Devil may cry X, Metal gear 2 X, Matrix, Heavens beast,24 Automatons,Galleon,Picassio,Young olmpians, Kleaners, Orchid,Xavier Fox,Project EGO, Enclave.
With Munch and Halo we are just getting the tip of the iceberg.
