In that case yes, I'm a sick fuck for wanting to feed myself and not waste the rest of the animal. That would also make our ancestors sick fucks, vets who have to put pets down sick fucks, and everyone who's ever tasted the flesh of an animal a sick fuck for supporting the killing by purchasing the byproduct.
