What you did was bad, but not quite bad enough for an infraction. I was too lazy to give you the Official Warning you deserved.
Also, I'm less likely to infract when a thread gradually degrades into collective spam and rudeness than when one member pops up out of an otherwise good thread and shits everywhere.
