OOC: I wouldn't think that Glukkons would care what a Mudokon wears, especially when it's after a job. Finding the boss's office isn't that hard. If you look at AO, AE or MO, a Glukkon's office is virtually always in a small room right at the end of whatever facility they happen to be in (as far away from the entrance as possible).

Regardless of this, Mars' character and my own are still waiting for employment. I hope you post with Arnie soon
a) If you played MO, you'd remember how Industrials react to Scrubs (that is, Mudokons being in Industrial employment and being dressed accordingly), and how Industrials react to Natives who are either carrying tomahawks or SpooceBows and wearing native clothing (that is, Mudokons who usually pose a threat to Industrial facilities). Imagine yourself as the Boss of a factory (real life or OW, doesn't matter), seeing a guy carrying a gun and a backpack full of explosives coming up to you and saying "Hi, I'm here for a job.". Not likely that you'd lead the guy in your office and ask for a CV.

b) Surely you've noticed that the current interpretation of Rupture Farms (that is, the one we're roleplaying in now) is a tad different from the factories you've seen in the OW games (I usually give a link to the W@RF map at the start of each thread, useful to know). It's not a linear sequence of different rooms and areas, but a number of levels with circular corridor layouts and rooms opening from them. New players usually ask around for the location of the Boss or his office. It's just a minor thing that Arnie told Otto to take care of newcomers looking for a job, but your character(s) are not supposed to know that, since they weren't there at the time.

Finally, you (and all new W@RFers, generally) should trust senior RPers a bit more when it comes to roleplaying here. I have now, what... seven years of experience in W@RF, I (and others like Splat, MM, Gretin and more) have seen some bad, bad things here (check the previous threads), we know what's what in W@RF.
