Pfft, yeah I'm sure as a child you never blew your allowance on something that has no value to you today.
Pokemon or not, we all make stupid purchases. I was into
Pokemon for a brief stint, but I never actually
played the card game. In total, I spent a combined sum of my parents' and I's money somewhere in the venue of 500 bones. I also owned
Pokemon blue, red, and yellow although I never played any of them through to the end. I grew out of it pretty fast, and I'm happy to say I never "moved on" to
Yugi-Oh! or
Magic as many of my friends had tended to do.
