Katu is a not fully evolved Mudokon queen (there are no females except the queens and so I had to make a queen of her) and she has a twin brother called Mumei (they hatched from the same egg)

If we're gonna be technical, two creatures formed from the same egg would be genetically identical, identical twins
But I guess this is Oddworld. My female mudokons came from the RPG, where pretty much anything can happen, and when I moved them into fiction I cobbled together an explanation for non-Queen female mudokons (which then inspired a short story of its own
)
But yeah, I might write something if I come up with an idea. The idea I was thinking about was somewhat darker than what you just described.
And the reason I say I only had two readers was cus you and Dripik were the only people who replied regularly (and Dripik only cus I bullied him into it
