Interesting to hear of this 'Slig Behaviour' that players create. Maybe I could include a 'stylish' system for such things? I'll probably give the player the option to change pants at any time, like those lockers that are all around the place. However, each locker will be in a particular area. Not every area will be open on the first few days.

I had the idea of Swimming Pants so I'll try and run with that. It would be nice if Sligs could chat to each other, but I'm not sure how I'll get to randomize the chat at the moment. I'm going to try and create a random name system for all of the Sligs, so that you never get the same Slig per playthrough.

Right now, I'm not setting out to make another gung-ho action platformer.
However... that isn't to say that I won't make an action platformer in the future.
Perhaps if this platform engine I'm working on turns out well, I could make an action-based sequel. I particularly want to focus on team based organisations (ala SWAT).

Back to this one, I think that the moolah earned should only be enough for a few basic upgrades. I'd like the player to train and work for their skills (some skill-gaining activities will be easier than others, but will have negative side-effects). Right now I'm deciding on a seven day week, purely for ease of use.

I could also make a sandbox "Day Infinity", where the day count continues to rise as your Slig tries to maintain his job. I'd like to put a bit of psychology and humor in the game as well. I want to focus on some things that other games might not, such as Sligs in sleeping hammocks, crawling Sligs, etc.

I know I always write "goody-goody" Slig fanfics, but I'm hoping to put a morality system in the game, so you can decide to be good or evil. If the player goes too far in one direction, they may find themselves in sticky situations. Ganged up on by Sligs/Mudokons.
