Also STM, I'm sure many companies put a (C) when them create work, without actually paying to copyright it. Thanks for the heads up though.

You can't claim copyright on it unless you payed for copyright. And you can't get it copy righted because OWI own the rights to oddworld. Also it is pretty obvious that you haven't really copyrighted it.
