Ok where the 2nd dragon is you go up and glide over to a ledge then you go up that path and kill the guy and you'll see a gap between the wall walk through it and you'll be on another ledge then to your left glide around make sure you're pretty close to the wall or else you won't makem it then your there. Its confusing but I hope I helped.
