Dubs of anything are terrible.
City of Lost Children is no better dubbed even
if you get Ron Perlman to voice himself.
Ocean Group's dub of
DBZ before Funimation shat all over it wasn't horrible though. I prefer Vegeta's classic "Over nine-thousaaaand!" voice to the annoyingly staccato, faux-british voice they got on him now.
