Man, everybody has ADD these days. If you are a rather active person and a bit lazy they say you have ADD. I'm not saying it doesn't exist, but it's becoming a fashion.
As I'm a gym-teacher I meat lot's off young children. I must admit that some children do have problems to concentrate, and that they are a little bit over-active, but is this really that mucht off a problem? If these are the symptoms I must have it myself, and I made it through my studies.
The biggest problems is that kids often don't have discipline or respect (also parents fault).
So what I say is: the chance you REALLY have ADD is really small, and if you have it then don't complain but try to live with it so your life and other peoples lives can go on without to big problems.
PS; ADD is a disfunction somewhere in the brain, yes, it's something genetic so you can't catch it from someone else
