By it's dictum mostly. Unlike the bible which tells you to kill someone every two pages, the satanic rules have more rules about what not to kill. Also the situations where you are allowed to kill someone make perfect sense to me, as opposed to the reasons stated in the bible.

Except that the Satanic bible thing was written in response to the bible and in such a way as the followers could attempt to hold the moral high ground. Thus any example will, in and of itself, be irrelevant to any discussion of ethical value.
