I've seen it twice now, and it made me cry both times
Most of the actors and settings were absolutely *perfect* - exactly how I imagined them - and the bits they left out were almost unnoticeable. I only have a few criticisms - 1. Sauron is apparently pronounced Sour-ron - not Sore-on as I had always imagined it; 2. Sauron, when you see him (which you shouldn't!) looks like a cheap imitation of a bad guy in a power ranger episode; 3. The Balrog looks more like the devil than the putrid creature I anticipated him to be.
Silversnow: You're not supposed to see him *at all* in FOTR!
Oh, and Aragorn is HOT!!
