He's that and other things, but some of the stuff he's done is still entertaining. I just don't understand how a guy so sick of the fanbase he has keeps pandering to them.

Yes. He's always complaining about them on his blog... I think it's just part of the image he wants to maintain. Dark. Deluded. In the closet.
