I'll be honest, I don't see Scrabs at all. Similar design but they look clearly different to me.
Anyway, that is definately Stranger with (who I assume is) Abe. It couldn't be another Steef since the other Steef don't hide their legs and dress up like cowboys. That also makes whoever they are facing not another Steef. I'm thinking probably some random dude.
Doesn't all this art need to somehow connect to the story of Abe's Oddysee though? I know the plot of the movie is supposed to be heavily reworked and have a lot added to it, but it all needs to come back to the same basic things... right?
