3. A strange thing accured to me

Last week, a friend said to me: " ...bla bla bla
big cohones bla bla bla ..."
Immediately I tought off Big Kahonee Mudokons. I asked him what it meant and he told me 'big cohones' is Indian for 'having big balls' (like being a tuff guy, fearless,...). Is there somebody who knows more about 'big cohones', Big Kahonee's, and the connections between both?
