I'd prefer Ukians. Since, Irish is untrue (Republic), and British is untrue (Politics etc), so the official, suckass term is Northern Irish.

But with Ukians, I feel so much better. Thank you.

And nothing is wrong with wine, usually it's the first alcoholic drink given to someone. But if I was offered a bottle of wine, I wouldn't say no.
