I think I get ashamed because I try to find the right words to say but I can't find them, so I stumble, I go red but I must speak, I must say something, even though I don't know what to say! And If I don't do it an embarassing silence kills me....

The thing to remember is that girls aren't so different to guys. As long as you don't burp or fart too regularly*, just be friendly and chatty and they'll like you for it.
*This depends on the girl, admittedly.
