Oh, it's just awful. Belgian horror at its lowest.
First of all, it's shot with the worst quality I've ever seen, the title character violates the corpse of a
3 weeks dead hooker he murdered, who was kept 'fresh' with natural gas.
The Audio is dubbed very poorly, the sound effects are all way too loud and the film itself is basically just one enormous example of the director being a sick fuck.
You're the only other person I know who at least knows about it. Neat.
