Flash files in WMM, are you sure that would work? I don't think it would if it has actionscript to control the movies playback. But I don't know I've never tried.

Also there isn't a codec for SWF files. Flash player handles it in applications such as web browsers. If its a FLV file, then that does have a codec and should work in Windows Move Maker.
