It does but they arn't that good on slow computers due to how long they can take to load up the game sometimes. Since a phone could barely load their own games, a GM file would probably freeze or break the phones programming in some way. I have a 2gig ram Duo core processor and my PC took about 2 minutes to load J_Dude's game.
